Return Policy

Replacement Parts/Accessories Return

  • Tiger Corporation U.S.A. will only accept replacement parts/accessories return within 30 days from the invoice date. For merchandise returns, please contact the retailer where the product was purchased.
  • “New”, “Unused”, and “Unopened” replacement parts/accessories condition must be returned along with original or copy of invoice or receipt.
  • Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
  • Tiger Corporation U.S.A. is not responsible for any lost or stolen products during return shipment.
  • Purchased parts valued at less than $10.00 cannot be returned for credit.
  • No collect shipments, unauthorized or non-approved returns will be accepted.
  • Your credit will be processed within 10 business days after your returns are inspected and approved. Your refund will be posted to the credit card used during purchase.

Wrong Parts/Accessories

  • Customers must notify Tiger Corporation U.S.A. within five business days of receipt of replacement parts/accessories that are shipped in error.
  • Once Tiger Corporation U.S.A. approves the return, please send your return products to the address and enclose the  invoice.
